Usage Notes

The output frequency of the Mass Airflow Sensor is directly proportional to the air mass entering the engine. So as mass flow increases so does frequency. Mass Airflow Sensors tend to cause intermittent problems due to internal electrical failures. Frequency distortion is also common when the sensor starts to fail.  This XGauge will allow you to monitor the frequency output of the Mass Airflow Sensor without needing an oscilloscope.
